TOUR 1
Discover Hinchinbrook Nature Tour (Level Easy)

First stop is Frosty Mango; it’s a convenience stop so grab a cuppa and relax and even take a walk through the orchid to admire the many tropical fruits growing.

Next is the Ingham Information Centre to explore the variety of wild life and the natural wonders of the Hinchinbrook Shire. We take a short walk over the bridge that crosses the wetlands to view the birdlife, feed the turtles and enjoy the natural surrounds. With an Art Gallery at the end of the walk you will be pleasantly surprised of what the local talent produces and is worth the look!

We call into JKs Café to pick up our lunch, have a look through the Italian Café/delicatessen and admire the Mosiac Art Work that runs along the side of the building, it’s quite a feature!

Its off to Wallaman! This water fall has the largest drop in Australia and is breath taking. The waterfall lookout is very accessible and that’s where we will have lunch. Enjoy the magnificent views, take a stroll down to the valley lookout and then we travel to the  picnic area to take an easy nature walk through some beautiful rain forest where you can feed the hungry turtles, go for a swim or just enjoy the serenity of nature.
